customers who make a purchase at our on-line store, we do collect

also record information given during the order and registration
processes - and we keep this information confidential. In our
ongoing effort to offer you the most current - and best - shopping

You are safe shopping online with GeniO Boots. Our
secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the
best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It
encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card
number, name, and address so that unauthorized persons cannot access
it over the Internet.
Note: Email is not encrypted and is not a secure means of sending
credit card information. Please place all orders through the order
form or over the telephone. Do not attempt to email credit card
information.
Return Policy
GeniO Boots stands behind every product we sell and we
will work very hard to build you a pair of boots that you will be
proud to own. Please note that your boots are built especially for
you and your participation is needed in this process. Ultimately you
must provide correct measurement specifications if you want your
boots to fit correctly. Since we build boots with Old-World Hand
Craftsmanship and these boots are built especially for the
individual, we DO NOT offer cash refunds. This is the nature of our
product, custom built boots. We do guarantee our fit, if you have
provided correct specifications, and our happy to make adjustments
to the fit when needed at no cost other than that of return
shipping. We will work very hard to make you a happy customer and
should you be dissatisfied with our product, we may at our
discretion offer to remake your boots.
Shipping
Shipping & handling charges will be computed
upon checkout & completion of sale. Shipping is via Fed Ex and USPS
and insurance is included in the cost of shipping. Shipping for
returned items & exchange items is that of the purchaser. Should
purchased items be damaged due to shipping, they may be replaced or
repaired upon submission of claim by purchaser to insured courier
and approval of claim by insured courier. For international
shipments, purchaser must be responsible for any duties or taxes and
import laws applied by the country in which the shipment is
received.
